It has been named the winner of the Legendary Service award and also took home awards as a Loved Brand and Trusted Brand, having been highly commended in the 2023 awards.
The Finder Share Trading Platform Customer Satisfaction Awards ask Australians which investing brands and products they trust and love the most.
Each year, thousands of Australians rate brands they’ve used as part of Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards program. Aussies rate brands within a product category across a range of metrics, including ‘features and benefits’ and ‘customer service’.
Finder worked with leading data, insights and consulting company, Dynata to survey customers and collect their responses.

Bell Direct was ranked the best share trading platform for customer service, with one of the highest scores amongst all eligible investing platforms in the 2024 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards.

An impressive 97% of customers agreed Bell Direct was trustworthy and reliable, and it recorded great marks across the board.
