There are 6 categories of Bell Direct membership based on how often you trade with us.

The more frequently you trade, the greater your chance of moving up a level and unlocking ever more valuable benefits.

How do I move up a level?

You can move between Levels 1 and 2 by completing an application to join Bell Direct. Once you place your first trade, you’ll move up to Active membership status.

Levels 3,4 and 5 are defined by how many trades you make in any rolling 12-month period. For example, if you’re an Active member and you place your sixth trade in less than 12 months you’ll move up to Experienced level.

Might I move down a level?

Yes – if you place fewer trades in a rolling 12-month period than the minimum required at that level, you’ll drop down to a lower level. The lowest you can drop to is Level 2, if you haven’t traded at all in the last 12 months.

If I go down a level, can I later move back up?

Yes, absolutely – we understand there are lots of reasons why investors might temporarily decrease their trading activity only to pick up volume again later.

How will I know if I've moved up a level?

When you qualify for the next level up we’ll let you know by email, and remind you of the additional exclusive benefits you’ll now have access to.

How will I know if I've moved down a level?

If you’re at risk of dropping a level, we’ll let you know in advance what you need to do to retain that level of membership. If you do fall a level, we’ll then let you know.
